Tips 4 - Winning video poker hands
Jacks or Better - Two cards of equal value are called a pair. Jacks or Better refers to a pairing of Jacks, Queens, Kings or Aces.
Two Pair -Two sets of paired cards, such as 3-3 and 10-10.
Three of a Kind - Three cards of equal value, such as 9-9-9.
Straight -Five cards in numerical sequence, such as 3-4- 5-6-7 or 10-J-Q-K-A.. The ace can be counted as the highest card or the lowest card in a straight, however,
Flush -Any five cards of the same suit, such as five hearts.
Full House -Three of a kind and a pair together, such as 2-2-2-]-].
Four of a kind - Four cards of equal value, such as K-K-K-K.
Straight Flush -A straight all in the same suit, such as 7- 8-9-10-j, all in spades.
Royal Flush - 10-J-Q-K-A, all in the same suit.
On wild card machines, you will see additional listings for Five of a Kind hands (made possible because of the wild cards) and two types of Royal Flushes.
